Fort Lee Racquet Club • Adult Summer Camp

Indoor Adult Summer Camp at Fort Lee Racquet Club.

A 4:1 player-to-coach ratio, grouped by skill level with a tailored lesson plan of drills, games, and real match play — designed around what you already bring to the court.

Skill Levels

All skill groups follow the same high-energy structure — adapted to your level and goals.

Beginner (2.0 – 2.5)

Focus on fundamentals: forehand, backhand, volley, lob, and overhead — with movement, quickness, positioning, and basic singles and doubles strategy built in through drills and games.

Intermediate (3.0 – 3.5)

Develop forcing approach shots, both types of spin serves, volleys, and overheads. Consistency and keeping the ball in play are the core focus of this group.

Advanced (4.0 and up)

Work on finesse, touch, and power while smoothing the rough edges of your game. You’ll learn the kick serve and topspin lob, with a heavy emphasis on advanced strategy and preparation for match play.
