As a former top junior player in India and standout competitor at the University of New Orleans (#2 singles and doubles), Saif’s competitive career laid the foundation for a coaching philosophy centered on discipline, purpose-driven training, and continuous improvement. His playing background extends to the professional circuit on the ITF/ATP Tour, bringing firsthand insight into high-performance environments.

Saif has directed and developed comprehensive tennis programs across top facilities including Fort Lee Racquet Club, Sparta Athletic Campus, and multiple regional recreation departments. He has also led UTR performance events, adult leagues, junior academies, and community development initiatives, creating accessible yet high-standards pathways for players of all levels.
